Shipping
We proudly offer free tracked shipping on all orders.
Estimated Delivery Times
- UK: 3–7 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–12 business days
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods, public holidays, or due to customs delays for international orders.
Returns
We want you to feel confident in every Camairo purchase.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
For change-of-mind returns, we accept requests within 7 days of delivery, provided the watch is:
- unworn
- in its original packaging
- in resellable condition
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error with the order.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
