Returns Window

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • unworn

  • unused

  • in original packaging

  • in resellable condition

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@camairo.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will offer either:

  • a replacement

  • a full refund

  • store credit where preferred

Change of Mind Returns

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please contact us before sending any return so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
